Meal Plan Monday 4- Pioneer Woman Edition

Have you ever had a cook you love so much that you decide to dedicate you entire week’s worth of meals solely to their content? I guess I’ll answer my own question- Yes! I LOVE The Pioneer Woman. She is my spirit animal and this week she’s your spirit animal too.

Creamy Mushroom Soup– JK is a soup fiend. I have never made a soup that he doesn’t like. Every time I make soup he makes himself sick with bowl after bowl. Don’t get me started on how much he eats if I make some bread to go along with it. Even better- JK loves mushrooms. I find myself occasionally making meals solely dedicated to the foods he loves. Why? Cause I love him and this is my way of showing it.

Grilled Peanut Chicken and Broccolini– I love a good meal that I can cook entirely on the grill. The kitchen stays cleaner and the kids play on the swing set while we grill It’s picture-perfect.

Turkey Taco Skillet– this week’s “Pioneer Woman” take on our weekly tacos.

Honey Soy Salmon– Substitute Coconut aminos to be AIP friendly and I’ve got a meal that the entire family can ALL enjoy- Yup, Picky Pants will eat salmon, but not chicken. I’m serious.

Stuffed Bell Peppers– It’s really a simple meal to make. You can also do stuffed tomatoes or stuffed zucchini boats instead. The possibilities are endless.
